Representational state transfer (REST) is a software architectural style that defines a set of constraints to be used for creating Web services. Web services that conform to the REST architectural style, called RESTful Web services providing interoperability between computer systems on the Internet.
For your REST account, YAP supports sending data to another microservice using HTTPS.
Before setup, please check that you have granted to YAP the permission to send notification to your REST account. For this, sign in to REST and authorize the permissions requested by YAP.
REST is a way to build web services, which look similar to a regular web applications, by using HTTP protocols. The REST connector rapidly decreases time on understanding and consuming APIs because YAP platform implies codeless configuration.
For the YAP platform, the REST connector supports JSON data only.
